Each of our student houses are move in ready with everything you might need for comfortable living. Every room is fully furnished and ready for use, right down to the pots, pans and dishes in the cupboard!
Other important amenities include high speed internet, a washer and dryer on the premises, and off street parking.
Rent and utilities are all inclusive in one monthly payment!
All of our student houses are located in quiet, safe residential neighborhoods
not more than a 15-20 minute walk to campus.
College Town is just another 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants
and the campus bookstore.
There are also bus stops conveniently close by.
Our shared student accommodations are configured with 4 separate private bedrooms
with shared kitchen, bath, laundry, and living spaces.
This is ideal for a group of friends to get together and live in a friendly community while maintaining a level of privacy typically unavailable in dormitory settings.
Each student maintains a separate lease agreement, but sharing meals and planning events together can be a wonderful experience.
It's not required to have a group, but groups are always welcome.
